Ceramic Instruments and Sound Sculptures

UduDrum"Muybridge Udu Drum": this Udu Drum, inspired by instruments from Nigeria, has a deep resonant sound, without a drumhead.

DrawnOnward"Drawn Onward": This is a small Teaberry Organ under which is suspended a small brass gong. When struck, this gong spins, causing a unusual phasing sound.

SeitiesDeifiedSeities"Seities Deified Seities":This piece was inspired by ancient preColumbian Peruvian whistling water vessels. 
Raku Bugle"Raku Bugle":  Despite its unique appearance, this bugle is capable of playing the same harmonic series of notes that a brass bugle plays.  Songs such as “taps,” “reveille,” or “charge” can be played.
